本ガイドラインに沿ったご利用について、当方は著作権侵害を主張いたしません。事前・事後のご連絡は不要です。条件は一切ございません。

できること What you may do
- 実況、解説、編集動画、生配信、いずれも可能です。
- 収益化が可能です。広告収益、メンバーシップ、スーパーチャット、投げ銭などを含みます。
- ネタバレの制限はありません。エンディングを含め、どの場面でも公開いただけます。
- 法人・事務所に所属されている方も、追加の許諾は不要です。
- 第三者による切り抜き動画も可能です。切り抜き元の配信者の方の意向を尊重してください。
- プラットフォームの指定はありません（YouTube、Twitch、ニコニコ動画、TikTok、X、bilibili など）。
- ゲーム内の音楽・効果音は、すべて当方が制作したものです。ゲームの映像とともにそのままご使用いただけます。音楽に関して権利侵害の申し立てを行うことは一切ございません。
- スクリーンショットおよびゲーム画面の画像も、記事・サムネイル等にご使用いただけます。

- ゲームデータ、実行ファイル、アセットそのものの配布・再配布。
- 実況や解説を伴わず、ゲーム本編をそのまま視聴させることのみを目的とした動画。
- 公序良俗に反する利用、および第三者を誹謗中傷する目的での利用。
- 当方が公式に許諾・監修しているかのような誤解を与える表示。

本ガイドラインに沿ったご利用に対して、当方から権利侵害の申し立てを行うことはありません。

Video & Streaming Guidelines
Turdventure may be recorded and streamed without permission, by individuals and by agency-affiliated creators alike.
We will not assert copyright infringement against any use that follows these guidelines. No prior or subsequent notice is required. There are no conditions.
What you may do
- Let's plays, commentary, edited videos and live streams are all fine.
- Monetisation is allowed — ad revenue, memberships, Super Chat, tips and donations included.
- No spoiler restrictions. You may show any part of the game, including the ending.
- Creators signed to an agency or management company need no additional permission.
- Third-party clip channels are allowed, provided they respect the wishes of the original streamer.
- Any platform: YouTube, Twitch, Niconico, TikTok, X, bilibili and others.
- All music and sound effects in the game are our own work. You may use them exactly as they appear in the footage — we will never file an audio copyright claim.
- Screenshots and captures may be used in articles and thumbnails.
Requests — not conditions
These are requests, not requirements. Nothing here restricts your video if you leave them out.
What is not permitted
- Distributing or redistributing game data, executables or assets themselves.
- Videos whose only purpose is to let viewers watch the whole game with no commentary or presentation of any kind.
- Use that is offensive to public order and morals, or intended to defame others.
- Presenting your content in a way that implies it is officially endorsed or supervised by us.
Content claims
We will never file a copyright claim against use that follows these guidelines. If an automated detection system files one unintentionally, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
